One of my Very First Poems

I was going through my things and found this poem I wrote when I was 16! Its one of my very first set of poems I have ever written! Also I found a picture from when I was 15 I can’t even believe this is me but anyways! Let me know what you think! Check out the Poem and the Picture.

The Pain from Beneath Me

I feel this pain, Pain I can’t describe in words, That can’t be seen in feelings, A pain greater than anyone knows, I feel so lonely inside, I feel like I am trapped, Like no one sees the real me, Like no one knows me at all, Only a handful really do know me, People think they know me but they don’t, No one sees, no one hears, no one knows, I wonder what would be said if they did, If they knew the pain they caused me, The pain they caused others, The dislike for myself makes it worse, I wish I could show you, I want you to see, I want you to see everything you have done to me, I want you to know what is really going on up here in my mind, I wish I could make it go away, But I can’t not just one bit.

After a lot of thought...

I have decided to separate my blogs because Finding the Path Back to Me is about finding myself and the changes I am making... I decided to add this extra blog to highlight my poetry I am working on, or have completed. So check out the poetry watch for new poems coming!
