Hello everyone, and thank you again for your patience as we have been navigating through the best next steps. Please read the following thread for important information.
As a result of the lack of communication from our Finance and Shipping Mod, Mod Soulimagines, we are encouraging anyone that ordered the zine and wishes to do so to submit a refund request via PayPal.
We are still planning on releasing the digital zine, and those that ordered the zine during the pre-order period will receive access first. However, due to the current mod team being unable to access funds or check production status without response from Soulimagines, we will NOT be producing physical copies of the zine or merch. We understand that this comes as a disappointment to many of you, as well as our team of talented contributors.
We will work on responding to any and all questions that you may have, but please be patient while awaiting a response from our team. Please follow this guide if you wish to receive a refund.
And here is a visual screenshot of the instructions. Mod Isaac will see the emails, however the email option is to help the system have evidence of lack of product. So please try to keep it professional, and for any other inquiries, please keep it in a separate email.
(Mod Isaac will also e-mail buyers these instructions to make sure no one is left out of the opportunity of the refund. Soulimagines held the funds for several other projects, which customers may demand refunds for as well. So, the requested refunds may be instant or delayed.)
