Shark Mermaid~ Mariam had to be a shark >:D I've had her half complete for about a week now. Couldn't decide on how to do her tail. I considered not making her all scaly like my other mer pics, and then I remembered I made Ivan have scales even though he's an eel, so I buckled down and finished this lol

Day 13 of MayBlade and Mermay~

I love King and Queen. They have such fun designs! They did almost have opposite fins, etc, but it looked odd. And then I was about to add white/black markings, but Queen ended up looking like an orca. Not the worst thing, but not what I intended.

Ginko and kinko are two of the five families of zenko. They are pure, holy spirits. They represent the moon and sun and usually work together. Kinko are golden-furred kitsune who serve the goddess Dakini. Ginko are silver-furred kitsune who serve the goddess Dakini. ____________________________________________________ Yes I am as cliché as one can be with this one. Mayblade 2026- Day 10: Fashion

This one took me so long, but I'm really pleased with it! Definitely getting a lot of good pose and clothing practice. I could maybe have added more detail, but by the time I was adding Galeon to Rai's back my eyes were crossing. I based their outfits on their season 1 colours since they're my favourites.

The references for all the hanfu were from the blog @ziseviolet since they have such a great variety of photograph sets.

Based on that one scene in G-Revolution (cut from the English dub) where Takao and Tao go to a clothes shop in Italy and crossdress 😆 Takao is our femme queen 👑💅👠

Also, the pose was based on Aki from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's, more specifically her pose in the last ending theme

My girl Hikaru! She was so interesting and cool to watch and her motivation being the same as Ginga's, with them promising their parents to be the best was nice. They never made it clear if her mom passed or but I like to think she's alive and her and Hikaru still chat from time to time.
