While in a fight with Eggman. Sonic, Tails, EXE, and the doctor are transported to another universe. They appear to be in abandoned theme park. Riddling the park are statues of Eggman's allies, Sonic's friends, and the deadly six. They all seem vandalized, and damaged. There are larger statues of Sonic, Eggman, and Zavok that are in better condition.
Perhaps they should look around?

Exe looked around.
exe:”huh. This place seems strange, but kinda cool.”
Everyone else is confused and worried.
sonic: “eggman! What did you do? What plan is this?”
tails: “yeah! What is this?”
eggman: “this isn’t my fault! I’m just as confused as you all are!”
There's a location called "Greenhill Greatests". A large Sonic statue is pointing to it. The door is wide opened. But something seems wrong about this place.... Unnatural.
Exe looked around more.
exe: “well since it seems like we’re stuck here for now, how about we go check out that door?”
‘sonic: “i’m not sure exe, this place feels... wrong.”
tails: “well, it doesn’t seem like we have much of a choice...”
eggman: “then I suggest that we all stick together!”
after everyone agreed, they walked towards the door, with exe leading the close group.
Inside the building is a party room, with two stages. One behind a curtain, with a sign that says "The Egg Lair" while the other is a large stage with three robots on it. They look like Eggman's work. There's a Tails bot, a Knuckles not, and in the middle with a brown top hat and tie is a Sonic the Hedgehog. They appear to be shut down. There are other party rooms with more robots on stages.
Eggman looked at the robots curiously.
Eggman: ““this is all so strange...”
Sonic looked at the other him.
Sonic: ““you’re telling me!”
Exe and tails were looking at the sign and around the room.
One of the party rooms has an old arcade. Some of the games look to be surprisingly playable still. Like "Birthday Saver", "Zooming Zazz", and "Chaos Fruit Maze". There are a couple of other games that still function, but they don't have any names on them. Some of the games don't appear to be plugged in, but they're still on.
Everyone moved to that room. Eggman wanted to keep looking at the robots, but knew that staying together was more important.
Sonic went up to “zooming Zazz” and decided to try playing it.
Tails: ““are you sure that’s a good idea sonic?”
Sonic: ““I’m only gonna play one level, promise.”
Eggman and exe just looked at the rest of the arcade games, but didn’t play them. Tails had decided to just watch sonic play.
The first level is simple. Zazz is on stage with the other Zetis. By the stage is a strange, unidentifiable character smiling at them. The level is easy to beat. You just have to make Zazz run as fast as he can through a maze, to the party room over. The first level shows Zazz dancing happily for a group a children, before the second level starts.
Sonic: ““I know I said I’d play only one level, but that first one was easy.”
Tails: ““and a bit creepy...”
Eggman was studying one of the games that he noticed was on but not plugged in. Exe decided to stay near him, to keep watch.
The next level is exactly the same. Except this time, when Zazz comes to the room, he freezes. The children aren't dancing like they did in the first level. This one, they're sitting down, slouched over. They are all grey in this one, and they have pixelated tears. A message flashes on the screen. "You're too slow!"
Sonic: ““huh? How?”
Tails: ““ok, now you should stop playing.”
Sonic: “maybe it’s just creepy?”
Tails: ““yeah, that’s why.”
Sonic: ““one more level, then I’ll stop. Promise.”
The game is no longer working. It flashes once more, showing an upset version of the Zazz. He looks to be crying oil, before it shuts off. The game wasn't even plugged in...
Sonic backs up a little bit.
Tails: ““ok, now we’re leaving.”
Sonic walked over to eggman and exe.
Sonic: ““hey, we’re leaving now.”
Eggman stood up.
Eggman: ““alright. Couldn’t figure out how it was working anyways.”
Exe, sonic, and eggman walked over to tails.
Exe: ““so, where to now?”
Sonic shrugged.
"I-I-III-IIIII-I s-say y-yy-you h-head-d d-d-down a river in a-a b-b-box!"
The Zazz animatronic jumps off stage, as the other animatronics start powering up.
Everyone screamed in shock.
Sonic: ““why are they suddenly turning on?!”
Tails: ““I don’t know!”
Eggman: ““we have to get out of here!”
Exe: ““let’s go back to the door!”
The group quickly ran back to the door.
The door slams shut, on the wall above it is a robot version of Eggman. "G-going s-s-so s-soon-n? W-w-we d-didn't-t g-get t-to pl-play yet-t! Hah-hah-h-ha-hahaha!!!"
Everyone screamed again, while eggman just looked creeped out.
Sonic: ““let me try something!”
Sonic jumped up, hitting the eggman robot with a homing attack.
The bot falls with aloud thud. The other animatronics gasp. "E-EGGY!!!"
The Sonic bot runs over to the machine, looking flat out worried for the bot. The Eggman bot let's out some glitched sobs, holding his smashed parts of his body. "Th-that h-hurt-t...*hic*"
The Sonic bot's eyes go dark, and his voice becomes less glitched. "You're gonna pay for that.... PAINFULLY!"
He snaps his fingers, and the other bots start going after them, ready to go in for the kill.
Everyone started running.
Tails: ““sonic!”
Sonic: ““I didn’t mean to break him! I was just trying to give him a slight bonk! You know, make sure he didn’t get any closer! And besides, we all thought he was a threat!”
Tails: ““ok, fair point!”
Eggman started slowing down a bit.
Eggman: ““I have an idea!”
Exe: ““eggman! Come on!”
Eggman turned to look at the animatronics.
Eggman: ““STOP! Don’t hurt us and listen to me! If you give me the proper tools and materials, I can try to fix him! Also, sonic didn’t mean to hurt him! I promise!”
Eggman got ready to run if necessary. Exe grabbed eggmans hand. Sonic and tails were already holding exe’s hand, in case they needed to teleport away...
Eggman: ““please listen!”
The Eggman bot limps over while the others quickly make their advances. Sonic looks at them with hatred. His voice, despite having a damaged voice box is still not that glitchy anymore, and sounds slightly off. "Like we would believe that! For all we know, you could be HIM, or working for HIM to destroy us once and for all! We don't wanna risk that, you miserable murd-"
The Eggman bot interrupts him. "... S-S-Sonic...? I-I-III-IIIII-I tr-tr-tr-t-trust th-them..."
"AFTER WHAT ONE OF THEM DID?!!"
The bot flinches. "...I-I rec-cogniz-ze one of th-them... I-I c-can s-s-see..."
The Sonic bot scoffs, and crosses his arms. He starts tapping his foot in annoyance. "Fine.... But if he gets scrapped, it's on YOU."
What an odd choice of words.... Eggman nods, and limps over.
eggman let’s go of exe’s hand and walks over to the robot eggman. He then looks at the sonic robot.
Eggman: ““so, do you have a repair room? Or a place with spare parts? Also, it would be extremely helpful to know the internal layout and workings of him as well, so I know exactly where and how everything is supposed to go.”
"There's a maintenance room over there..."
He points to a door that says "parts and service". "There should be a few spare parts back there.... Orbot and Cubot can help you if you need em too..."
The other bots glare at them all, still showing distrust. The Eggman bot leans up against his living counterpart, careful not to hurt him. He lets out quiet pained, sobs. Like a small child would, seeking comfort.
eggman: ““alright. Let’s go there and see if we can find any blueprints, or at least directions on repairs.”
Eggman looked at his robot counterpart, then at the other animatronics.
Eggman: “is there a way to temporarily turn off his ability to feel pain? Or like a robot version of anesthesia? Because me replacing things is likely going to hurt quite a bit.”
"I-I c-can h-hand-dle i-it...."
The robot sniffles a little, before hugging Eggman with one of his more functioning arms.
Eggman: ““are you sure? Cause I don’t know how long it’s going to take to fix you.”
He nods. "...I-I've f-f-felt-t worse..."
Eggman: ““alright, if you’re sure. But if you change your mind at any point, or if it’s too much, just tell me, ok?”
He whimpers and nods. He doesn't really act in character. He just acts like a scared little kid.
Eggman: “alright, let’s head to the room then.”
He looked back at the rest of his group.
eggman: “you three stay here. I can’t have distractions.”
The three nodded, then eggman carefully brought robot him to the “parts and service” room.
Sonic nervously looked over at the animatronics.
Sonic: “heyyy, robot me...”
Exe: ““sonic, I think it would be a good idea to just stay quiet for now.”
Tails: “exe is right, we are on thin ice right now. We really don’t want to accidentally fall through...”
The robot raises his eye lid, like an eyebrow. "What do ya mean by "robot you"...?"
His eyes widen. "N-no.... No no no.... Y-you're not.... Please tell me you're not.... Are you...?"
The other animatronics start getting uncomfortable, as their leader starts looking slightly horrified by their actions.
Sonic: ““wait? What’s wrong?”
Tails and exe looked confused.
"....Y-you can't be... Sonic...?"
His voice suddenly changes completely, sounding like a little boy. "You're Sonic....! I-I.... We almost killed my hero...!!!"
He falls to his knees, and starts sobbing in his hands. A red liquid stains his hands. It smells like rotting hedgehog flesh.
Sonic, tails, and exe all cover their noses at the smell.
Sonic: ““your hero?”
"I-I was your biggest fan! I wanted to be you! M-my dad even got me the exact same brand of shoes as you, and got you to sign them, remember? I-I..."
He starts crying more blood. "Dad...? I want my dad.... I-I wanna go home.... I wanna go home..."
He sobs loudly. The other animatronics quickly go over to him, and give him a hug. The robot continues to sob his eyes out.
Sonic still seems confused. He didn’t remember that. He surely would have remembered that happening...
He wanted to go over to comfort him, but he wasn’t sure if he that would just make robot him more upset. Also the fact that the smell was terrible.
The Zavok animatronic speaks with a girl's voice, to the Sonic bot. "Mordecai.... It's ok... They're alive.... We didn't kill them..."
"I wanna go home.... I-I want my mom and dad...."
"....So do we..."
He continues to sob, clinging to the others.
The three of them were confused, and had a few questions, but they all knew that this wasn’t the time to ask any of them.
The Sonic bot continues to sob till he's tuckered out, and falls asleep. He curls up next to his friends.
In parts and service with Eggman, the Eggman bot is trying to stay brave for his idol, while he's being repaired.
Eggman had managed to find directions on how to repair the robot him after a bit of searching when they first got in the room.
At the moment, eggman was currently replacing the broken arm. He was trying to be efficient, yet gentle. After that, he planned to do a full check on the internal parts.
The Eggman bot watches him work, and occasionally hands him tools wordlessly when needed. He has a basic understanding of what he needs to fix himself. He kicks his legs a little, like a content child.
Once he finally fixed the arm, he then figured out how to access the internal parts safely, then started working on it.
There's a strange beeping disk in his chest cavity. It's not part of his blue prints.... It has the initials DR. SL on it.
