HE DIDN'T DOUBT THAT HIS TOUCH BROUGHT THE OTHER DISCOMFORT, THAT WAS HALF THE PURPOSE. FINDING JOY IN BRINGING HIM A F͟R͟I͟G͟H͟T͟. there was boundaries he could understand, & he adored to push them. no doubt that the other hated to be touched where he was harmed in the past. that made it all the more delicious to gauge his reactions. running his finger down a straight line, right where his robotic limbs would connect to his skin — his face remains completely unbothered. it's not his own boundaries being pushed here, so he has no reason to pitch a fit. the jester seems to hold little trust for him, eyeing him up with some hesitance. ❝ WE ARE QUITE GOOD FRIENDS NOW, and i was only the most curious about them. it's not so often to see a DEMON who walks around still alive after a HORRIBLE ACCIDENT. trust in me, i've seen numbers of accidents. horrible, horrible things, delicious to witness. i do wish you would share with me the cause. ❞ removing his hand from the smaller, he continues. ❝ where could you have gotten such technology, HELL doesn't offer the best hospitals. ALASTOR WAS NOT THE TYPE TO TOUCH HIM PURELY OUT OF CURIOSITY, he was smart enough to know that. it made him uncomfortable, that much was undeniable. the way he rubbed the spot he had been touched in, an easy way to express his anxiety about the situation. obviously, it was not something that he wanted to talk about. as much as he would have loved to make that more clear, fizzarolli was not really someone who did well against the pressure of others, especially not one as intimidating as alastor. ❛ GOOD FRIENDS, yeah... ❜ were they really, though? the thought of it worried him a little. a lifetime of being used made him all too skeptical of friendships - a man like alastor, it was impossible to trust something like that coming out of his mouth. ❛ it was - it was a pretty bad accident, you know? it was just one of those times i got lucky. now i just know a guy. ❜ he clears his throat, as if not wanting to mention who the said guy was, as if it was not something that alastor knew already. fizzarolli had undoubtedly mentioned it to him before & everyone knew he was usually stuck to ozzie's side like GLUE. ❛ a guy whose really good with his hands. you know, like, with the ROBOT stuff. yeah. he always knows how to fix me right up, good as new. i didn't know it was possible, either. ❜

HIS LITTLE RADIO BOOTH HAD QUICKLY BECOME FIZZAROLLI'S PLACE TO HIDE AWAY FROM THE REST OF THE HOTEL. though the high energy there was something he could handle well, it didn't mean it couldn't grow tiring for him - especially the overwhelming positivity of the place. he knew what he was getting into, staying there - he thought it would be a good way to pass the time, though it quickly got to be a little much for him. alastor was strange, certainly the most weird of them all, but he could trust he was going to be a somewhat calm presence. draped across one of the free surfaces in his office, fizzarolli couldn't say that he had been paying all too much attention to their conversation. it was only THAT question that had caught his particular interest. ❛ uh... NO? ❜ it was only the truth, it had never been something he was interested in learning about. though he spent time with him, it didn't change that he knew alastor was quite the threat. the less he knew about him, the better. he knew really getting involved with him was a bad idea. ❛ i mean, why would i? talking about that stuff, it sucks. that was like... how long ago, anyway? ❜

IT WAS AN UNCOMFORTABLE AREA FOR HIM, not his robotic limbs themselves, but the areas connecting them to his real body. being touched there was not all too pleasant for him, not something that he particularly liked, but something he had grown all too used to during his life of performing. now, after ditching mammon, having to deal with far less of his boundaries being breached. feeling something brush against his arm, just where his parts connected, he jolted quite violently. quick to turn, he looked disturbed - somewhat more so to see that it had been ALASTOR to touch him. it was unlike him, knowing that he was not exactly a person who liked being touched himself. alastor was not too fond of modern technology, that much was all too well known to everyone who knew him, even if it was not something fizzarolli could understand. it was what held him together - the reason he was still able to live happily as he was now. ❛ that's a little WEIRD, don't you think? ❜ weird, even for alastor. rubbing the area he had been touched, he seemed HESITANT to turn his back to him again.

HE KNEW ALL TOO WELL THAT ALASTOR WAS OLD - FASHIONED, but at times, when it came to someone who was as well - accustomed to the modern trends as fizzarolli was, it got to be a little embarrassing. taking him to a club seemed like it was a mistake enough as it was, but alastor did nothing but prove that. it was hard to think he wouldn't at least know he would need to adjust a little bit more to the wants of the other people around him - they wouldn't like his old fashioned tastes. the sudden start up of jazz music, he knew the culprit all too well. in hell, there was very few people who would go out with the thought that they wanted to sit around & listen to JAZZ, but there weren't many people bold enough to stand up to alastor, either - not those who knew who he was. ❛ come on - you really like listening to this stuff? ❜ he sort of got it, he knew that alastor was quite old - something he couldn't relate to, being hellborn. ❛ you don't think this could be just... at home music? you know? why not give something NEW a try? ❜
