Sitting around on my phone all evening is killing me mentally. And physically really.

Fuck it. Next week I’m going back to gym.

Monday evening after work I’m going and Tuesday afternoon after my appointments. And then later in the week after work when I’m already out.

I’ll mention my gym/pilates research tomorrow when I see old flame. I know he’s keen to get stuck into it
