Summer Camp Info

When? 

- Friday May 29th - Monday June 1st

- We will leave from the church Friday morning and return to the church    Monday afternoon.

Where? 

- Laguna Beach Christian Retreat

Cost? 

- $225 Due By May 29th 

- $50 deposit is due by April 5th (Goes towards total cost)

Includes?

- 8 meals

- 3 Night Stay

- Supplies

- Transportation

Additional Cost?

- They will need money to buy fast food on the way down and on the way back for lunch. 

- They will want spending money, The retreat has a snack store, ice cream shop, gift shop, drink machines and more.

To Do:

- Fill out the Summer Camp Application

- Fill out the online Permission Form

- Print the Health Certificate and Med Form, fill them out and return to Pastor Sam before camp.

- Bring money to Pastor Sam or put it in the offering and let him know.

- We prefer you DO NOT pay online, because the service takes part of the payment as a cost and it will not allow us to use it for camp

Med Form To expedite the registration process, please put all medicine bottles into a large ziplock bag and write the name of your son/daughter on the front of the bag with a Sharpie. For the safety of all students, we require all meds to be turned in, prescription or not. The only meds allowed...

..........Paintball - Kids have an option to play paintball. The paint does not always come out so pack accordingly if playing (Long pants: jeans/sweatpants, hoodie or thick long sleeve clothing, gloves, old shoes – mask provided by facility)

..........We will be indoors and outdoors, daytime and nighttime. Watch the weather. My guess is as good as yours about the temperature in the South that weekend

Where: Uchee Creek Army Campground/Marina Ft. Mitchell, AL

Arrival: Friday 4:30 PM at The River of Columbus Church

Return/Pick-Up: Sunday 12:00 PM at The River of Columbus Church (If you attend The River, the kids will be there when you get out of church)

Cost: $100 Camp Fee Includes…

●    Lodging for 2 nights and Full Recreational Lodge Access

●    Food and drinks (5 meals and snacks)

●    Camp Activities

●    Transportation Cost

●    Camp Supplies

* We’re limited space in the cars. Please stick to the list and students are asked to bring everything in 1 duffle bag and 1 carry on bag they can hold in their lap (excludes pillow and blanket)

* They will not need dress up clothes. We will be on the beach or in casual clothes the entire time

FloodFest Information!

We are really excited about this new event this year! It’s 3 days of fun and encountering God like never before! The youth are encouraged to invite all their friends. Check out below for more information and be on the lookout for updates

Where: The River of Columbus Church

Cost: $25 for Saturday only

Included: Dinner, drinks and snacks all three days, entrance to Callaway Gardens on Saturday

If you have not done a 2018 Permission Form for a previous Flood event, do it on our website under the “Forms” tab.

Dress Up Theme: Cops and Robbers (Choose one to dress up as!)

Saturday 

Arrival: 12PM drop-off at The River of Columbus Church and leave for Callaway Gardens

Need: Sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, extra clothes, dress up theme attire

Events: Callaway Gardens, Aqua Island, Dinner, Games, Live Worship, Service!
