Incidentally, if you are fishing any stream or river in the Mississippi river watershed and catch any fuckers that look like this;

That’s an Asian Carp, and they ARE invasive. The Iowa DNR encourages people to catch, kill, and eat as many as possible. 

They’re also tasty as hell, even though they’ve got lots of bones.

Also, yes, this fish has weird eyes that are set real low and look downwards. 

It does not have two eyes on the same side; it just has a mark there that looks sorta like one.

Stop knocking down historic buildings and pricing out/shutting down family owned and community owned and small businesses, instead replacing them with “gastropubs” that are the pet projects of amazon employees! This is one of the oldest buildings in Seattle and it’s landmark protected but developers can say that there’s no reasonable financial return on their investment if they purchase a historic protected or landmarked building so they can tear it down so they can “get their money’s worth”!!!!! India's gay prince opens palace to the LGBT community

A gay Indian prince has opened up his 15-acre palace grounds to vulnerable LGBT people and is said to be constructing more buildings to house visitors. Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil, who is the son and probable heir of the Maharaja of Rajpipla in Gujarat in western India, will run the centre with his organisation The Lakshya Trust. The royal, who was ostracised by his family after coming out publically in 2006, started the community based organisation to support gay men and educate people about the prevention of HIV/Aids.

“I want to give people social and financial empowerment, so eventually people who want to come out won’t be affected. They will have their own social security system. It won’t make a difference if they are disinherited.” His name is Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil.
