Jahrhundert
ca. 1802-1805 | (später am selben Tag?) Produktives Beisammensein in Schillers Arbeitszimmer
A. Toller: "Goethe Schillers Schädel suchend", 1859

Sam: I wish you’d just admit when you’ve made a mistake.
Daniel, stirring his coffee serenely: I prefer it with salt.
Jack: What is love?
Sam: A neurochemical reaction.
Daniel: An emotional minefield.
Teal'c: Baby don't hurt me.
Jack: THANK YOU, TEAL'C.
“not all men” you’re right, Daniel Jackson would never do something like this
i know it’s been almost 15 years but janet fraiser deserved better
FKK YEAH SHE DID
Okay, but for reals, how often do you think Jack is horrified by/has to stop Daniel from eating something he shouldn’t? Or like, Daniel is picking up rocks, and every time they get close to his mouth, Jack is like “Daniel, no.” Bc apparently archeologists are a special kind of crazy (like we didn’t already know this smh) and Daniel is most certainly not the exception to the rule, but the very definition of it.
YES. DANIEL DOING ALL SORTS OF WEIRD ARCHAEOLOGIST/SCIENTIST STUFF AND JACK IS LIKE. dAniEl.. WHAT ARE YOU DOINGalso, i raise you daniel doing weird archaeologist/scientist stuff in later seasons and jack is used to it by now. meanwhile captain lieutenant major mr sir military side character man of the week hasn’t and is ?????????? to jack abt it a la daniel and that guy in enemy mine and jack is like “its fine he does that”
that’s it that’s their relationship
Tok’ra: ‘We’ve been fighting the Goa’uld for centuries, because our broodmother was ideologically opposed to them on a biological level. We’ve all been imprinted with her intentions to overthrow the twisted System Lords and feel it is our duty to redeem our species.
You, meanwhile, have been living freely on your own world, away from the entire galaxy, able to pursue whatever future your species wants to determine for themselves. You have no stake in this war. You could bury your Stargate and never endanger your world again. You wouldn’t have to sacrifice lives for planets that aren’t yours and people that don’t even know you. Why do you care?’
The SGC: ‘Well, because they’re dicks, see.’
