Request for help
It's been a few months since I've posted anything because I've had some serious problems in real life, but nothing compared to these past few weeks. But today, with a heavy heart, aching but full of hope, I must announce that my grandson Amaël, 5 and a half years old, has recently been diagnosed with cancer (rhabdomyosarcome). A brutal word, an immense ordeal, for him, for his parents, for our whole family. … Cancer that took hold less than a month ago, in his leg. Aggressive, spreading throughout his body, his tiny body… A long battle awaits him. He is a warrior, we know that. Next week he will begin his first chemotherapy session. He will need everyone's faith, prayers, and hope. 🙏 To be there for him every moment, his parents have had to take time off work, one of them having to stop working and the other having to slow down.
I don't usually ask for help, but today I have no other choice. A fundraising page has been set up to help them with daily expenses and allow them to focus on what's most important: supporting Amael 😇 in this fight. Every little helps, no matter how small.
