The ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ (freaky) font is actually a part of Unicode letters, specifically the Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols block (U+1D400 > U+1D7FF). Even more specifically, it is the Bold Script variation (U+1D4D0 > U+1D503).
That means, theoretically, each font could have its own variation on the font.
It also means that it's not real letters. I've heard these letters won't show up correctly in TTS programs (you can test it HERE; when using Microsoft, it doesn't work; when using Amazon, it does).
Any font that doesn't have them will just default to a system font that does, which is why they look the same everywhere, because nobody wants to take the time to add 10^308 glyphs to their font (/exaggeration).
The block also has ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ (serif), ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ณ (sans-serif), ๐ฑ๐๐๐๐๐๐ (fraktur), ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (monospace), and ๐ป๐ ๐ฆ๐๐๐๐ค๐ฅ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐๐ (double-struck). All have regular and Bold variations (except Monospace and Double-struck, which are considered regular and bold respectively), and Serif and Sans-serif have Italic and Bold Italic variations too.
They also have Greek letters (uppercase and lowercase; Serif and Sans-serif bold/bold italics only) and digits (Serif regular and bold; Sans-serif regular and bold; Monospace; Double-struck)
Furthermore, this is separated from the Halfwidth and Fullwidth Forms block (U+FF00 > U+FFEF), which contains the wide monospaced Latin characters and punctuation (๏ผฌ๏ฝ๏ฝ๏ฝ
ใ๏ฝ๏ฝ๏ฝ๏ฝ; "like this"), as well as halfwidth kana (specifically katakana) and Hangul characters.
The halfwidth katakana look like the katakana from the Japanese copy of Vib-Ribbon, hehe. Not verified info though, was just funny to me.
