Stellan canonically dislikes seafood which is funny to me because Elzar and Avar are definitely the type of people to eat their weight in lobster tails, crab legs and shrimp at senate events. There isn’t room for seafood in the Jedi Order’s budget so they don’t get to eat that kind of expensive meal often.

Tbh, the fancy food is the only perk of senate duty.
