What are you most proud of?: Managing to infuse ice cream with cannabis, and people being able to get a high off of it.
Biggest regret to date?: Blood pudding flavored ice cream, without a doubt. It was terrible.
Do you have any pets?: A plethora, though I wouldn’t call them pets, some more long term than others.
Do you drink?: On occasion, but I prefer weed.

Charlie was raised by her uncle and his partner, the two took her in following the death of her mother. She knows nothing of her father but considers herself truly blessed to have her uncle take her in. After all, he has and always has been the kindest person she knows. That, and they own and run the famous ice cream parlour at Hogsmeade. Who doesn’t love spending their summers serving up scoops? Charlie loves exploring with ice cream as well, and stirring up concoctions of her own making, her most recent recipe is hash brownie and few our lucky enough to get to try it.
Originally, upon leaving school, Charlie’s dream was to work with magical creatures. They had hoped to one day open or work at a sanctuary that helps in healing injured creatures back to full health. It was Charlie’s dream job. Charlie still has a habit of taking in creatures and keeping them in her small loft above the parlour, praying that the health department doesn’t find out.
Unfortunately, however, due to Florean’s kidnapping and eventual death by Voldemort, Charlie felt it was up to her to rebuild the family business and keep it running. He knew too much according to Voldemort. ( this is canon, so i decided to write it in ). So, she put her dreams on hold and during her spare time takes care of his partner who is now struggling immensely due to the loss of his great love.
Despite being raised in the wizarding world, Charlie has always had a fascination towards the muggle world. In spending time in the muggle world when she has a chance, she’s even developed a deep, strong love for movies, specifically horror movies. As well as concerts, insisting that muggles really know how to have a good time.

Years after the death of Florean Fortescue, the shop was eventually restored by his late son. While most of the old decor is in tact, new additions have been added in order to keep with the times and help it strive with a new customer base. The year is now 2029, and what was once a small business, has expanded and now finds itself with multiple shops within the wizarding world, as well as it’s own line of ice cream found both in muggle and wizarding shops alike.
