It is actually happening
Anybody that ever defends Montolivo ever again just look at this. Kucka, a ring in, and Honda, a man known for his streakiness, are both jumping and doing their all, and Montolivo could have blocked it and didn’t.
il capitano
Also my heart is breaking over il capitano Cesare. Sometimes I honestly believe my heroes will live forever
THATS IT
Miha out. I’m done with his fake-ass. Get rid of everyone except:
Bacca
Kucka
Bonaventura
Antonini
Abate
Romagnoli
Gigi2
everyone else???? GET OUT!!!!!
Feb 02, 2016: Final work-out before leaving for Palermo.
AC Milan 3 - 0 FC Internazionale
Mancini appears to be losing the plot.
First he flipped off the Milanisti (which I have to admit, I actually found funny as heck) then he insults Calcagno post game.
Honestly, I haven’t seen a meltdown this epic since Mel Gibson’s in 2010.
TBH if a coach of mine had flipped the bird on his way out I would have gotten behind him, but to be so deluded to say “we didn’t deserve that” and “the referee doesn’t know the rules” is absurd and delusional, his team were woeful and had no unity and Milan played well and were lethal in the final third. This is business and this man is taking it very personally.
I support too two teams in football: my home town club Central Coast Mariners and my first club AC Milan
The Mariners are bad. AC Milan is bad. The Mariners are worse in their respective league, but they have a booning future wih youg talent, smart ambitious management that want a longterm sustainable club with a defined culture and identity and mode of player development. The Mariners want to become what AC Milan was - integral the the development of quality national team players for the country, and an identifiable team when people talk about football in their country.
But AC Milan have…nothing. Their best players, once considered world class in Montolivo, Alex, Diego Lopez, Keisuke Honda, or considered promising youngsters in De Sciglio, Poli, Balotelli, all play like limp amateurs. There is no fire, no desire, no cohesion. Quality youngsters at risk of going down route of De Sciglio, in Calabria and Donnaruma, are getting no support from the veterans. Bacca and Bonaventura are rare lights of hope, but two men can not win a game when they have 9 inept, underperforming or inconsistent players around them.
The transfer policy makes no sense. Paying over the odds for players that are only after a dollar. But then the next step: why do players from lower Serie A teams come to Milan then suddenly perform worse? Pippo was blamed because of his inexperience but Miha is a known quantity as a coach. In theory he does everything right, but with a team that costs upwards of €100m a year they can barely muster the strength to beat a Lega Pro side thanks to a penalty. They claim to have no money, then waste it on players that are no good. They sell promising youngsters, and get platoon journeymen in return. They sign attacking player after attacking player, when the midfield is a void in between a defence that lacks a serious presence to join the two quality youngsters who are starving for proper influence, and an isolated attacking trident of inconsistence.
AC Milan were once great. AC Milan were once the greatest. AC Milan were Serie A champions only 5 years ago. Now they are looking closer to Serie B quality. And there is no hope in sight. There is talks that Conte will come in next season, and then what? So he can work wonders with a terrible squad, too? He had a tremendous side when he won the scudetti he did with Juventus. How can this side say they deserve European football? Virtually guaranteed if Milan can get on top of Allesandria in leg 2 of the Coppa, but a 1-0 lead at half time against a side that should be played off the park by a side with the history and prestige of Milan is not good enough. A 2-2 draw against Empoli is not good enough. A 1-0 loss against Bologna is not good enough. A 1-1 draw against a pathetic Verona is not good enough. A 0-0 draw against minnows Carpi is not good enough. This team is not performing good enough. This team is not good enough. The management is not good enough. The mercato is not good enough.
Perhaps I am reacting harshly, but I am extremely dissatisfied at the moment. I am not demanding Milan to sign Cristiano Ronaldo, I am not demanding Milan to return to Champions League immediately, I just expect more from a team that just 5 years ago had one of the best strikers in the world in Zlatan, some of the best midfielders of their generation in Pirlo, Seedorf and Gattuso, and the best defenders in the world in Thiago Silva and Nesta.
Berlusconi, Galliani, and everyone at Casa Milan need to take a good hard look at themselves and the team and their plan. The plan to return Milan to the top is either non-existant or very poor. And the execution of the plan is even worse.
UPDATE
both Milan and the Mariners won with three goals this weekend it was AMAZING I LOVE FOOTBALL IT IS GOOD TO ME
>:)
MILAN PER SEMPRE INTER MERDA CIAO MANCINI FORZA BACCA E NIANG E DONNARUMMA GIGI 2

Vs Genoa player ratings
Diego Lopez 6.5 Not much too do. Not at fault for the goal (a deflected free kick). Made the saves he needed.
Calabria 5.0 Made mistakes, still good going forward, hard working and great crosses but defensively very poor. Isn’t ready to be a regular starter.
Zapata 5.5 Lucky not to get a red, mistake prone, but also put under massive amount of pressure from a sieve like midfield.
Romagnali 4.0 Stupid yellows, deserved his red.
Rodrigo Ely 6.0 Improvement on both defenders but nothing spectacular.
De Sciglio 5.5 Typical of De Sciglio. Good going forward, tendency to leave gap for opposing players, and put under huge amount of pressure by very poor midfield.
De Jong 4.5 Lucky not to get a red. Out of position and played poorly, would be better suited as a DM then pushed out wide. Relies heavily on Calabria for both attacking prowess and defensive duties. Subbed before the half.
Montolivo 4.0 Wasteful, left a void between himself and the defender too many times and put them under a massive amount of pressure.
Bertolacci 6.0 Very poor in first half, mostly invisible, but was the driving force linking up with Mario for attacking chances in the 2nd half, which was the best football he has done all year.
Bonaventura 5.0 Suffered from errors of judgement like the rest of the midfield, was mostly invisible for the first half and made some plays in 2nd half. Easily his worst effort of the season so far and perhaps the most disappointing of all players considering how well he had been playing up until now. Subbed for Bacca late.
Bacca 6.5 Made an instant impact and did everything he could to get one back but to no avail.
Mario Balotelli 7.5 Did every but score a goal, was the driving force behind nearly every chance, made great runs and passes all match. Was a class above every other player on the pitch.
Adriano 6.0 Made some good runs and did everything he could but with midfield so limp he was left powerless. Could have done a bit more with the service Mario was giving him.
Vs Udinese Player Ratings
Diego Lopez 6.5 Not a lot too do early in the match, was let down by motionless defenders for both goals but otherwise a straight forward day at the office. Still making the key saves to keep Milan in games.
Calabria 7.5 Very good, Udinese attack completely limp on his side for the first half. Arguably the best performance in last 2 matches from a Milan fullback all season.
Zapata 7.0 Score the winning goal, solid as centre back in the first half as Milan defence shut down Udinese attack but burnt in the second half when moved to fullback.
Romagnoli 7.0 Very good first half, so-so second half. Looks a lot better next to Zapata than with Alex as his partner.
Alex 4.5 No where to be seen for both goals. Notable drop in performance when he arrived.
De Sciglio 4.0 Very poor positioning most of game, leaving acres of space for Udinese attacks down the wing, in no man’s land for both goals when he could have been marking the goal scorer. Will find it hard to stay in team when Antonelli and Abate are both healthy.
Montolivo 8.0 Super pass for the assist to Bonaventura’s goal. Good presence and passing all match. Drop in second half but arguably player of the match for Milan. Superb form is a delight after years of injury and poor performances.
De Jong 6.5 Solid match, improvement on last outing. Looked a lot more comfortable with Calabria as fullback than with Zapata.
Bonaventura 8.0 Super goal, great form continues. Argue to be made for best player of the season so far.
Honda 6.5 Some nice plays, but ultimately limp. Not as bad as some of the chorus on twitter seem to think, just looks like he really doesn’t fit in with this Milan team. Sinisa is giving him a lot of rope, needs to improve if he wants to keep starting especially when Menez is healthy.
Poli 6.5 No real improvement on Honda, less wasteful but Milan had shifted down a gear by the time he arrived into maintain mode.
Balotelli 7.5 Classic Mario performance, petulant and at times disinterested but a super goal and some great lively passes. Udine fans not happy with his early goal, gave him stick all match.
Bacca 6.0 Quiet match after the brace on the weekend.
Adriano no rating. Milan had basically shut down attack by his arrival
Vs Palermo player ratings
Diego Lopez 6.5 Soild, made a couple of good saves, not totally faultless for the first goal allowed however.
Ignazio Abate no rating, lively going forward but not on pitch long enough
Romagnoli 6.5 solid, a couple of small mistakes but nothing serious. Good positioning and effort throughout
Zapata 5.5 Made one of the most inexplicable mistakes I’ve ever seen from a Milan player where he literally just put it into the feet of the player in front of him, lucky not to be punished. Nothing costly but against a higher quality opponent would have been burnt.
De Sciglio 4.5 Very poor, at fault for both goals. Decent getting forward but Calabria was better. Will find it difficult to keep a spot in the squad if Antonelli, Abate both healthy and if Calabria keeps playing well
Calabria 7.0 Very good effort from the youngster, few misteps, never exposed or put under pressure like De Sciglio. Favourite part of the match was the surprise of how good he was for Abate.
Montolivo 7.0 Good presence, good passing, vintage Montolivo. Sinisa has him playing very well. Some question if he is still fully fit but good to see him back in form.
Kuco 7.5 Very good passing and linking up with the forwards, got an assist. Very good addition, best signing for the midfield this season.
Bonaventura 8.0 Superb game, has been in good form, the type of vintage-Jack that was so good at Atalanta that earned him the move to Milan. Has the left-sided midfield spot locked down.
Keisuke Honda 6.5 Showed some very good effort but a tad selfish and wasteful. Best performance by a trequartista all season from Milan, between him and Suso has been very poor (and isolated) this season.
Bacca 8.0 Player of the match. Not afraid to take his chances, a little wasteful when passing to a team mate would have been better, but can’t question his 2 goals. A lock for the leading scorer this season if he continues on this way.
Adriano 6.0 Good link up with Bacca but a little wasteful and with Bacca and Honda being wasteful/selfish, Adriano was left isolated a bit but lively. A few mistakes showed his frustration before being subbed.
Balotelli 6.5 Late substitution but his presence kept Palermo on their toes. Seemed a little slow and lacked hussle, but his passing and presence is still top stuff. Will find it hard to find a starting spot unless Adriano or Bacca have an injury or dip in form unless he really shines in late game appearances.
Says it all. Mario loves Milan. And that is why I truly believe he can perform well again because Milan is the only club he can perform for. He was only ever a scape goat when he was offloaded last year.
