Stephanie joined me for a final shift of UCF’s first annual 24 hour event!! I worked the early morning shift from 2am-10am and was inspired by the enthusiasm and dedication of our volunteers. Throughout the night people cheered and danced and volunteered with a smile. My group worked on some educational projects to learn about art therapy, mural creation, and collaboration. We also created some photo cut outs for the zoo and a mural! It was amazing and we created some fantastic art! Thank you all!! —Amanda

Strawberry picking!! Steph and I stopped by the strawberry patch after trying to get the tv fixed. Then, we made chocolate covered strawberries. I don't think they lasted long enough for pictures haha

Stephanie went back to Port St Lucie with me for the Port Salerno Seafood festival. She got to meet my whole family (pretty much). The morning was rainy and gloomy, so the festival had about 1/3 of its normal attendance, but was super fun nonetheless. We at crab cakes, fried fish, clams, hush puppies, and more! We even sneaked into the VIP tent for some good free food. Yummm.....

And, there are pirates and gators because nothing says Treasure Coast like a bunch o' pirates.

A few weeks ago, I won a party at Howl at the Moon! Dueling piano bars are lots of fun! A few friends from Publix and UNA joined us, but we had lots of fun singing and dancing all on our own. Amanda and Jess also won parties for later this semester, so we'll definitely be back!

More pictures from the end of last semester!

Kelvin came to visit  and Jaun joined us for the day. We went ice skating at Winter in the Park. It was a little dangerous, but still lots of fun. Afterwards we went to Jingle Eve in downtown Orlando. We ate from food trucks, got ice cream for dessert, and danced to a live band. All in all, it was a pretty great day.

Some pictures from the end of last semester...

Amanda and I drew Knightro-Elsa on the driveway along with Olaf during finals week. We also sent a Christmas card (with Riley!) to our friends away from Foxcroft to let them know we were thinking of them. Lastly, we took some crazy selfies to print out and put all over Jess's room as a welcome back prank for January.

Sooo somebody’s birthday (*cough cough* Amanda *cough*) was yesterday and I was supposed to have made a Jimmy Fallon-style lip sync video to a Disney villain song by then.

Long story short, due to my poor planning skills and a surprise speech contest, I haven’t made it! D:
