🤔 WHAT IF WE WERE COMPLETY WRONG ABOUT DIAPER TRAINING ?
Up until now, we have approached diaper training from a binary angle: either we struggle to get used to it, or we try to provoke a total dependence (mental or physical), I am sure that many of you dream of being incontinent to be dependent on diapers for example... Except that this vision is limited. 1 / Diaper training as sensory reprogramming :
Instead of forcing the body to "accept the diaper", we need to reprogram our sensory perception.
Examples : if someone changes shoes, they will initially feel discomfort before their brain integrates these new sensations as "normal" and well, it's exactly the same for diapers!

We're conditioned from a young age to think that underwear is normal and diapers are weird. But in reality, it's just a social construct.
Imagine : If in society you had the complete choice between wearing diapers and underwear, and it's ok for diapers and a lot of people wear diapers, would you still have a block? NO! And you know what, that's what happens in reality... It's in your head that diapers aren't OK because for you there's a sexual dimension, so you make mountains out of it...
Solution : Instead of trying to hide, start changing your view of "normal."
🔍 Go out in a diaper under your clothes to a place where there are a lot of people, and see if your diaper is noticeable, and how people react... You'll realize that no one notices!
⁉️Remember that you are wearing diapers, and this is a necessity for your well-being. Just like anyone else, choose your clothes... (there are girls who wear strings and others who prefer gym boxers because they don't like the feeling of the strings, and others who wear diapers either because of their period or to feel comfortable, and they like only wear diapers)
The most important aspect of diaper training isn't the discipline or the BDSM aspect (which, I grant you, is delightful), but rather the inner integration... In fact, once diapers become a matter of course rather than a challenge, then the process is complete...
