madotsuki nodded and began to think of people she could get to come to the pizzeria. masada, definitely. she’d have to maybe convince one or two of her classmates as well. she was friends with a couple of girls in her class, so they would probably tag along…
… and she had subsequent visions of grandeur. she’d get to see the rest of the animatronics (and hear their songs! she completely forgot about that fact), she’d get to find a worker she could tell about her day with the out-of-order pirate, and maybe they’d put him back into commission.
there was absolutely nothing flawed with this plan in her eyes and it’d clearly turn out to be a good thing.
she perked back up when he spoke to her again. “I-if that’s an option, please-! And if it’s not too— too much trouble.”
the child grinned timidly and fussed with stray threads on her sleeves.
Now hopefully she did find the other three lame. He didn't need them stealing her favor or making her forget about spreading the word of his good behavior to the management or anything of the sort... That would result in that day being useless. No--not useless--it was fun... The fox tilted his head as he strained his word banks, trying to come up with a better end to that thought, but alas! Luckily, it sounded like the lass was up for an adventure to a Desserted Island. "Wei-wei-weigh anchor, l-lass!" He called, shielding his eyes from a sun that wasn't beating down upon them because it was likely getting ready to set. Also, there was a roof in the way. "I thi-i-ink I can see-e-e land-and ahead! Ice-ice-ice cream moun-mountains an' sprink-ink-inkle sands!" And the he was off to lead the way to the kitchen, a skip in his heavy-metal step. He knew they had ice cream, but did they have sprinkles? Hopefully he hadn't gotten her hopes up in the case that they didn't, in fact, have sprinkles.

The hallway was poorly lit and papers were strewn across the floor causing for a few slips here and there. Kiku looked back a few times in an attempt to locate the fox to no avail, and his humming clamored in her ears. As the hallway became darker and she continually checked over her shoulder, brief flashes of glowing red eyes came along with it.
She stumbled into what she recognized to be the dining area and briefly debated on what to do (or where to go) next. She decided that she should try to hide first.
Her decided safe haven spot was hiding beneath one of the many tables.
Unfortunately, the only lamp in the room hung in the center of the room and it illuminated essentially nothing. She shielded her eyes as best she could and poked her head out from underneath the tablecloth, scanning her surroundings. However, shielding her eyes proved to be useless. She couldn’t see much without peeking through her fingers or uncovering her eyes completely.
And as such, her eyes were sure to give away her position eventually.
What with the racket she caused with those occasional slip-ups of hers on her trip down the hall, it wasn't terribly difficult to have an idea of where she was at any point in time. He silently thanked the shoddy management for lack of a good janitor and kept his pace to one that wouldn't fall behind - not quite a jog or a dash, more of a brisk walk. Clang, clang--metal on marble flooring. It wouldn't be difficult to know where he was relative to Kiku's position. Foxy didn't see where, exactly, she hid; he didn't reach the dining hall in time... But choices were limited. Tables, chairs... The pirate stopped at the door and surveyed the room, listening, waiting, sparing a glance toward the stage as he heard something in the back move. He truly doubted the lass would have snuck up there so quickly, so... Bonnie or Chica? Time would tell. He didn't want to wait, though. The substitute was going to be his new first mate. So, quickly, he returned his attention to the room before him and had been about to go in and make a mess of it in his search before something caught his own luminary eyeballs. A glow. Conveniently beneath one of the tables, likely where the lass would be hiding. Deliberately, the fox headed for her hiding spot with a choppy and disturbingly deep y̷ǫ́-h̵o͝-h͢͜ơ.
What a formidable crew you have there, captain.
Anywhere but here.
Mike knew it was stupid to throw his only salvation at the fox, but he didn’t have a choice. The darkness mixed with his head injury made the restaurant around the boy swirl and mix in very strange ways.
His small body let him tumble under a bench in the dining room.
He was vulnerable.
The dining room was whereabouts he lost the boy, both sight and sound. But the dining room was also where he was certain he would find the boy, for this was where he'd followed him to. It wasn't an area he was all too familiar with. Long it had been since he'd been outside of his Cove and the halls he traveled nigh every night. There were so many tables and chairs, the kid could be under any one of them... Dropping to the floor and taking a peek-see beneath everything didn't occur to the fox who, in a bout of impatience, up-ended one of the tables with a clatter of wood and whatever might have been atop it. Hey, he was out of order. Management would be hard-pressed to pin any mess made on him. "C-c-c'mon out, ye low-ow-lowly bilge rat! The more ye-e-e make me look-ook for y-ye, the more-ore-ore it's-it's-it's gonna hurt-urt when I press-ess ga-a-ang ye int'r-r me crew." That hadn't been what little Mikey had hidden under. Well, onward to the next table--

The redhead glared up at the animatronic. Though the actual look on her face probably came off as childish.
"Shut up, I know that," Unwise words for the situation she was in, but she didn’t particularly care at the moment. Making sure the second time she hit the light switch was a bit gentler, she shut off the west hall light and moved away from the animatronic’s general area.
Unfortunately for her, office was tiny and her options were limited to: staying there or making a break for it down the other hall. The former option allowed an opportunity for the other to do whatever he felt like; the latter was most likely the best option, though she wasn’t able to see much more than a normal human could in dark places.
There was also the matter of the layout of the place. She hadn’t explored the East hallways and he probably knew the entirety of the place like the back of his…
Well. Why not the back of his hook?
Her eyes darted to the other door. A gamble or two never hurt, right? Kiku turned on her heel and moved to exit down the East hallway.
"Just-ust makin' sure-ure-ure, lass." Perhaps it could be said that they were both displaying childish qualities at that moment. Granted, the fox had been about to go a step outside of childish and right on into something that would probably be perceived as murderous, but the lass was on the move and not likely to perceive anything related to him as she was no longer looking his way. And now he had a choice. Stick around and steadily drain every last drop of power from the office to buffer his reserves for days, therefore taking a chance at losing the lass to one of the other three once they started waking up - or give chase. He could always return, after... Foxy looked about the office for something that would make the decision for him. Finding nothing, he went with Plan B, where was a chance he'd end the night with a first mate and replenished reserves. ... Granted, while he had been making this choice, he had given her enough time to get out of sight. He left the office through the same side Kiku had, humming some kind of children's pirate tune as he tried to figure out which way she'd gone, trying to catch some glimpse of her or hear some sort of 'hint'. Maybe a little round of hide and seek could be fun. The regular fellow never bothered playing games...

"I-I completely forgot to check—! Um, I’ll go…I’m gonna," she turned and ran back into the lady’s room. she poked her head around the corner, checking in places she figured a clock should be.
lo and behold, a freddy fazbear-themed clock sat above the mirror; it reminded the child of the cat clocks people had sometimes, but his hat moved with his eyes rather than a tail.
5:30. madotsuki nodded to herself and once again returned from the restroom, "It’s 5:30, captain!" she gave the pirate a small salute. "So I’ve still got…two and a half hours before I need to go home.”
truth be told, she didn’t want to leave.
she was having fun.
and she was absolutely going to take advantage of every minute she spent here. “Maybe I could come back again tomorrow… “
He hadn't really expected her to actually locate a clock in the bathroom. But now that she had, and now that she knew the time... The fox wondered where they'd go next, and what they'd do for the next two and a half hours. They'd been going to the kitchen to find a clock, but one had been found... ... Tomorrow. There was a chance they'd be open tomorrow. Maybe. He didn't know what day it was, or how long they'd been closed prior, but... If they were open, did he really want her swinging by?--of course. He wanted her to tell management about the events of that day. "A-a-aye! Maybe-aybe bring some-ome o' yer mate-ate-ateys with ye-e. Ye can wit-it-itness Fuzz-uzz-uzzbooty's lame songs fer-er yerself-elf." Just... Hopefully she wouldn't try to talk to the bear. Or the rabbit. Or the chicken. Or try touching them. And that didn't address what they'd be doing that day for the time she had left to bum around the joint. "... Di-i-id ye want-ant dessert or an-an-anythin'?" He was pretty sure there was ice cream in the freezers. Ice cream didn't require cooking, and would probably put up less of a fight than the pizza had.
