For as art and lore oriented the Flight Rising community is, I’m amazed that there isn’t a huge ask blog scene.

Every clan has characters and a story of some sort (even if its just mild slice of life) and what better way to interact with allies and enemies? Or to get your lore seen?

And even if you aren’t very art oriented, you could make icons from the dragon site art to add to your text replies.

This should be a thing, who’s with me?

this is Cicero.

born into a fire clan but never claimed, Cicero learned early to fend for himself and do what he had to in order to survive. he fled his birth clan as soon as he was able to safely on his own, and took to learning the odd skillset to get by as he traveled from clan to clan. poison making turned out to be a natural talent, and Cicero gained confidence in himself as he realized he could, essentially, decide with a poison-slick claw tip who lived and who perished. with this knowledge he became sought after as a tool of war and deceit, but he also earned quite a few bounties in the process. he sleeps with a dagger in his cloak, never knowing when an assassin might have his head.

I am currently accepting fodder dragons as a form of payment - feel free to ask if you’re curious! Cane is a Gen1 - sapphire/spruce/camo - and despite the somewhat unconventional colors looks gorgeous when gened.

Like, suddenly there’s a very slim chance that your nests wind up with a Strangely Large Egg that looks rather strange and it hatches as a g1 of that new breed

I’d imagine you could still buy a scroll, but maybe the only way to find g1s of that breed is through the nesting mechanic
