I haven't touched my FR account in about two, maybe three years, and I've been diving in and out of art sales forum for about three days.

If you can draw humanoids (or even better can gijinka dragons based off the dragon and a description of what I'd like), have open slots, and you take gems, PLEASE reblog this post with a link to your art shop / commissions sheet. I have 29kg right now from liquidating about half my account. I've only sold half my dragons (I was an almost pure gen1 lair) and I have not yet listed the twenty-six pages of apparel I have.

I have a metric fuckton of gems. I have OCs that need art. Art sales forum has only given me a little luck. ;~; Help me, FR tumblr. You've been wonderful in the past, I'm counting on you now.

Still looking~ I've messaged everyone whose art I think fits the styles I'm looking for!

A bit more specifically, I'm hoping for art of This Guy and That Guy, and after I get those two I'm gonna get more refs for other folks so I can ask for them too. (Honestly I want art of any / all in my TH who don't already have art, picrews/recolors not included.)

Again, pretty please have examples of humanoid art! It makes it easier for me to figure out who I would like in your style if anyone!

I have 32kg and still haven't actually sold any apparel. Like, that is thirty two thousand whole gems. By the time I get 50kg I might as well buy a light sprite and immediately sell it again just for the lols. C'mon y'all, I got gems and I'm practically giving them away.

I’m Cryin.

So I commissioned someone who is NOT on Fr and don’t knows the site to draw Kain a while ago. Yesterday while I wasn’t pying attention they accepted. Took the ref and finished today.

And i come to my Inbox to find a picture of HD april fools Kain drawn for me. THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANTED.

At the same time I can’t blame the person at all because they thought this was his legitimate fucking ref I’m weeping. Its such bad timing it’s hilarious.

dragons with primal eyes ;

shadow - always wiping away the midnight ichor that seeps from their eyes. they murmur apologies when it falls upon clean rugs and soft linens. they often are plagued with having to wash their faces many times a day to clear away the dark stains.

fire - they walk gingerly around silken cloaks and hoods. many do not lay their heads on pillows or animal skins for fear they set ablaze their own heads. particularly old dragons have deep black scales surrounding their eyes; they can only take so much heat.

wind - blinking dust out of their eyes, always. when underwater, hundreds of tiny bubbles flutter from their eyes. they’re often slightly impaired by the glistening winds that pour from their gazes.

earth - quiet clattering as small pebbles and gemstones fall from their faces. hatchlings will pursue these dragons in hopes of finding a fallen stone of particular beauty.

water - often mistaken as crying by those unfamiliar with the existence of primal eyes. constant blinking away of salty water. when they do truly cry, though, their clanmates are none the wiser.

lightning - startling dragons with abrupt snaps and crackles. their eyes roar with electricity when thunderstorms roll above their lairs. they seemingly are immune to electric shocks, as they’ve grown used to the sharp bites of it dancing across their faces.

ice - they awaken to tiny hills of snow resting on their blankets and pillows. often their faces glisten with frost encrusted between their scales. they frequently blink away particularly sharp ice shards that form in their eyes. they struggle to cast warm gazes, for reasons that are obvious.

plague - weeping, infectious wounds. startling even their own hatchlings with their gruesome gazes. many ponder what shade of rich crimson they’d had, given the Wyrmwound hadn’t sunken its roots so deep within them.

arcane - dazzling, glowing energy. their eyes are always moving, seemingly staring many times deeper than usual into everything they cast their gazes upon. rich purples and pinks dance around their eyes. they seem to have sight beyond sight.

light - eyes reminiscent of the sun above. they hold some of the warmest gazes, their smiles always quite literally being illuminated. hatchlings can never quite understand why the mice and lizards they chase can see them from so many meters away.

nature - flowering buds dance around their gazes. vines and plants that sneak between their scales. the odd bee may be daring enough to land upon these dragon’s faces, often spooking hatchlings with these gazes. their eyes are full of life and peace.
