I so agree with this! There loads of things around Hudson and Connor’s careers that might impact it but otherwise I think it’s pretty likely.

Not that Rachel is the decision maker but she seems to be under the impression that the plan is to make Unrivalled into a TV show. She mentioned talking to Jacob about her writing process and how her worrying about it becoming a TV show is stressing her out. So. They both seem to think it’s entirely possible, it seems. It’s not 100% by any means, but there’s intention as it stands currently.

I do think unrivaled is being written to be adapted by all accounts. If everything goes well it should be.

I do wonder if Crave would be willing to cough up more money or showrunners would ask for HBO to finance for S4. Because as of now season 2 and 3 are on the same one season 1 was.

I was browsing twitter and noticed someone trying to connect me sending you that podcast clip to hudcons/boymoms misbehavior.

No. I'm just on a month vacation before starting a new job and went down a rabbit hole of which queer podcasts had mentioned C/F rumors. Apple's search feature is shockingly terrible, but that was one of the first ones to come up.

Don't lump me in with the evil crazies. I'm just a normal crazy. :)

People are insane, what's wrong with sharing a podcast that was out to be heard by everyone. Ignore them :)

Jacob was visiting and those are the only two cast members living in the US and in LA.//

Maybe but two things 1) if it was Jacob and Brendon there then it was clearly HR related LA business and likely more of the cast were around as it was the height of promo but more so 2) the point was this was Jacob’s friend’s house and he invited Connor and Francois which is very cute regardless.

It is very cute, one thing I knew but still (re) realised how small the combined entertainment industry is of Canada and USA. Everyone knows everyone. Everyone is like 1° of separation from each other

This is why I’m less doomy about Connor and Hudson being desperate to leave HR behind. Perhaps I’m in denial and don’t want to believe we won’t get Unrivalled but I do think they’ll always have a fondness for the material and feel some loyalty to Jacob especially. So if Jacob wants to keep going after series three, I think there’s a good chance of a fourth.

And while I understand fans sort of wanting them all to be rid of the HR fandom, I do want to point out it’s too late for that. Look at the Larries who are still going strong like well over a decade later. Them doing it or not won’t impact people being weird, I don’t think, so they might as well do what makes them happy. But anyway. We’ll see I guess.

No I agree, I've said before that having too much strong opinion either way at this point are too premature because s4 haven't been green light yet and won't be until the book is published because that's how it goes but if it eventually doesn't come to be it would not be because Connor or Hudson want to distance themselves from the characters ( not discussing the fandom here ). I don't think they do.

It just feels like they really did do everything together for a while which makes me so happy for them (or sad for them now I can’t make up my mind 😂😭). I’m guessing it happened in late Jan from what he says. Also Jacob taking them both to a friend’s small house party is so sweet to me - they all seem so close.

They really did but I guess we wouldn't know if they still do because their fame has just increased so much since January especially Connor's that everything surrounding them would be on a lockdown, good for them but yeah 😔

Wouldn’t have pegged Francois as a true crime fan but it’s sooo sweet. Someone does need to be asking Jacob about this and if it’s why Scott is a fan because I’m pretty sure he’s not in the book.

Actually this is going to be my one question now if I ever meet Francois or Jacob. I love actors making their characters feel like actual people with hobbies and this makes it very natural for Scott too
