Update: December

Hope everyone's okay!

Sorry for the very late update. Sad to say I caught the dreaded covid and was under quarantine for 1 1/2 months. Which doesnt include the first 2 weeks of PUI. I had to leave for work and had to stay put in my room since there are no more rooms available in the hospital. Symptoms were mild but it leaves you feeling sluggish and has that phlegm like feeling on your chest. Lost of taste still lingers :( two of my siblings caught it as well, theyre still in quarantine though, so we have to tend to them. Parents are luckily safe. But I need to have the items inside my room sanitize at best. So, this will take awhile. Also, I highly recommend to send the packages once its safe and the cases has lowered somehow. Good news is that there's already a vaccine as well.

Just an extra word of caution, please be careful and practice proper sanitization before getting anything from the mail, may it be food or any sort of packages. Please, just be very careful. The virus is very real. It is such a pain. Wear masks and faceshields. Just be careful. Getting it sucks, letting others catch it is even worse.

I just hope everyone understands the situation we are currently in right now. Thank you so much for your patience and your support. Hopefully everything settles down soon.

Update: July 23, 2020

I hope everyone is doing okay, staying indoors being safe and healthy. Current update on the delivery is still pending due to the lockdown. There are still limited countries that we can send out packages to, and seeing as my country (Philippines) is currently on the top of the list of countries in the Southeast Asia that has the highest number of COVID19 cases the president has declared to extend the lockdown until August 2020.

Apologies on the late delay, but I do hope everyone understands the circumstances.

Also, I've been getting inquiries that there are people who are looking if we have extra copies of the fanzine. We still have 5 extra copies up for grabs. But unfortunately due to the pandemic we cannot forward them as of this moment. But if you are interested in having a copy kindly send out a message.

Again, I hope everyone is being safe in this tough year and I pray that this pandemic will end soon. Please do stay safe and only go out when it's necessary!

Update: May 2020: International shipping is currently suspended

Hi everyone!

First of all I would want to apologize on the late update, I was currently hospitalized for 2 - 3 weeks (Last March 14, 2020) and was confined for a month due to COVID19. So far so good I am able to operate properly now. Again, apologies for the late update but I have to inform everyone on the current news with regards to the shipping delays.

Due to the modified Enhanced Community Quarantine(ECQ) in my country. There's no announcements yet from PHL POST regarding the status of international dispatches. This has been ongoing since last March 17, 2020.

Please take note that the packages that will be sent through Registered Mail or EMS (Which is the current shipping courier for this fanzine) via Philippine Post usually goes through USPS.

Any mail that's sent through Registered Mail or EMS via PHLPOST usually goes through USPS (US Postal Service). USPS is currently NOT accepting incoming international parcels from certain countries due to the COVID-19 Pandemic unless it contains essential items / donations. Philippines is among the listed countries.

The UK has declared their postal services as an ESSENTIAL service so it is still in (limited) operation. They are working with global airline and postal partners to try to maintain their services. The list of countries they can access changes DAILY. As of the May 11 update, the Philippines is still part of the "on suspension" list and are advised not to send any items.

Yes, we have extra copies. But we will open once the issues has been settled and everything has been sent out. Unfortunately this will be delayed for a bit due to the pandemic.

We've already sent out a couple of email notifications to everyone who haven't received their order yet. Before sending out the package we need a finalized confirmation of your complete address if it's still the same. If you haven't receive any email confirmation please send out an email notification to [email protected] with your complete details and proof of payment. Although please take note that sending out of the packages will resume once the country lockdown quarantine is over due to NCOVID19.

Hello Everyone,

First of all we wish to extend our deepest apologies for the long wait on receiving your orders. We are still sending out the items little by little. The cause of this delay was due to the publication providing a different type of material, thus ending up much more heavier than what was originally provided when the prototype was sent, it ends up making the fanzine much more heavier, thus having twice the expense on the delivery fee. The loan that was suppose to shoulder the unexpected additional shipping fee was unfortunately denied. Due to this the incident resulted to a slow pace in sending out the items, since the current funds that are being used is the accumulated savings of the head organizer. Please be reminded that this is a non-profit project that has only come into play due to the pre-order funds. We apologize for this and hopefully we will be able to send out the fanzines before December of this year.

As of this moment, the best way to compensate for the projects for now is to send out the copy in a digital format. To those who have not yet receive their Digital Copy, kindly send a request through DM with your name and the email you wish to receive the copy. Also, please take note to check your Spam or Junk mail. We will be sending out the copies under [email protected]

Again, we apologize for this. But we're really trying to send out each and every one of the fanzines. We thank you for your patience and for your understanding.

Update!!!

Hi Everyone, First of all, we would like to apologize for the very long wait with regards to the fanzine. As mentioned previously we have encountered an unfortunate predicament to the to the remaining fanzines, particularly to those who have not yet received their copy, it was due to the fact that the remaining copies that we have received from the printing press was twice as heavy unlike the rest of the fanzines. We have inquired this with the printing press and they have mentioned that the heavier copies used a thicker paper for the cover and the pages. Due to this the price of the Shipping Fee doubled. Which was originally 10 to 15 USD was now 20 to 25 USD. An additional 10 USD was added to the shipping fee for the remaining copies meant to be sent out. A solution to this was for the head organizer to file a loan in order to send out the remaining copies. While waiting for the loan approval, and in order to compensate the delayed copies being sent out, the members have agreed to provide a digital copy in the meantime for everyone who ordered, as compensation.The digital copy will include other artworks not included in the fanzine. Please take note to not mass produce the copy being sent out. This is for your own personal use and not to be reproduced or published for commercial purposes or for your own claim. The artworks indicated in this file is still claimed and owned by the artists themselves. We will send out the remaining copies once we have received the loan approved by the bank. Which will hopefully be around 2nd week of March 2019. If you wish to forward any assistance or help in contributing for the funds needed in shipping out the item, it would be highly appreciated and for that we will throw in the digital copy of some of the chibies used for the stickers, as well as a limited frans artwork as our thanks. To thos who would wish to help, we are selling a digital copy of the fanzine for a limited time until the amount for the shipping fee has been fully paid.
