Page one: While Caine is talking with the Moon and Bubble, Jax falls back, confused about his tail. “When would that have even...” Pomni gives Jax a look before changing the subject. “Who do you think asked for this one?” Jax snaps out of it. “What?” They look at the other circus members by the picnic blanket. "I thought it was one of the others, but they haven't really looked up."

Page two: Jax leans back and scoffs, "Despite what Caine thinks, that suggestion box has been around for years. It was probably from someone before your time." Pomni says, "I guess that makes sense. Still, I gotta hand it to them. This is, like, the nicest thing I've done since I got here. I just wish they could've seen this." She looks at the stars, not seeing Jax glance at her with a carefully blank expression.

Page three: A shot of Jax's room. From the mirror, glow in the dark stars can be seen on the ceiling. Pomni continues, "Whoever they were... they must've really missed the stars."

I don't think Kinger is angry at Pomni in this scene. Look at the scene with Jax, she only starts look concerned when Jax starts getting increasingly aggressive and starts getting into her personal space. Even then she's not really raising her hands like she is in the scene with Kinger

I think what's likely happening with the scene with Kinger and Pomni is Kinger is trying to give her important instructions hence Pomni's eyes intently focusing on his face and he is about to do something dangerous himself for the good of the group and or the Circus and the reason she's raising her hands and looking fearful is because she's about to say something along the lines of "Wait wait wait, slow down. You don't have to do that! There's gotta be another way"

also, why does it feel that the "side quest" Pomni and Kinger get into is involuntarily aimed to harm Kinger, in some way? idk the story of the man who hurted his own wife trying to kill a monster? and the "how's your wife, Kinger?" when Pomni gets possessed? poor Kinger

I'm rewatching the TADC pilot and tell why I just now noticed that the begging is Pomni's POV when entering the game?
