one part of this fandom is so freaking weird about raceswapping pudding specifically it bothers me

you get people who do it just because they want to, which is entirely valid, but then there are some that just really-really not normal about it

like stating that "someone should make her black" or "giving her more melanin because she deserves it"(real things i saw said about pudding)

I'm not against people raceswapping, which i stated at the start. Go wild, it's a fictional character, do whatever you want

What i was bothered with was the presentation.

In a completely different fandom i saw a guy modding the game to raceswap the only black character it has because "that's what they find attractive". Which is insane. (That story is wild though they later went on to harass people who pointed out that it's weird as fuck to say that)

And to me it sounded exactly the same as some people in this fandom. I'm not claiming that all people do it to get off.

(and i was explained in the comments that this is just wording and not automatically nefarious)
