I wonder if any hieroglyphics have spelling errors
Standardized spelling didnāt really become that strict a thing until around the 1700s (and even then it was still a little loose), and hieroglyphics was usually likeĀ āThis is close enough to how we usually spell it,ā orĀ āThis is a pretty common word, if we leave out most of the letters and draw a picture of what weāre talking about at the endĀ people will still know what we mean.ā
