Keep forgetting, hey guys I'm alive. Got a lot of stuff going on and around me. Still trying to be active and healthy, my ultimate goal! Doing lots of yoga, utilizing my stability ball, getting that core toned, and getting cardio on by walking! Power walking, not that weak shit. ;) HOW HAVE Y'ALL BEEN? ARE YOU KEEPING UP WITH YOUR FITNESS AND NUTRITION GOALS?! <3 (Being totally real, my nutrition is going through a change because of work/life balance, and starting pre-service training for teachNOLA next week and trying to figure my mornings out, no excuse, really, but I'm working on it. Long story short, these results don't reflect reality because often I forget to put in my snacks and dinners)
