Notes: subject was last seen a few years ago and is presumed dead. Although recent satellite images have sighted subject in the charred remains of what was a killjoy camp.

Mayhem is obviously upset with himself, with the situation, with the fact Nova is alive, with the fact Reverb has to deal with this all, with the fact he could've prevented this.

Cyan’s grown enough to know not to leave a drink unattended, so it’s both your faults there if fault can be found. As for its ex… I just hope she doesn’t cross my path. It’d get in the way of my searching.

I started by questioning Malbec and Cab, then Ros, then we built a rough timeline of the days around my vanishing act. I even went to talk to Absinthe.

Located almost everyone now. Tequila’s in a caravan by 4, Schnapps is… in the city, the Daiquiri branch that split from us a while back are between 3 ‘nd 4, Ros is about too. I know where everyone is now, except for Spritz.

I did also set out to see what carnage Whiskey caused- alive and dust. I saw… a lot.

It takes several minutes for a response to come through.

(Frostbite is momentarily distracted from sharing the investigation)

Mayhem scrubs a hand over his face. "Took Cyan to a bar, it wanted to go. He's been having some issues with a past ex of his that's dead. Well guess what? She's not dead, she fuckin' drugged Cyan, and I could've stopped it if I was paying any fucking attention to his drink."

Mayhem is obviously upset with himself, with the situation, with the fact Nova is alive, with the fact Reverb has to deal with this all, with the fact he could've prevented this.

Cyan’s grown enough to know not to leave a drink unattended, so it’s both your faults there if fault can be found. As for its ex… I just hope she doesn’t cross my path. It’d get in the way of my searching.

I started by questioning Malbec and Cab, then Ros, then we built a rough timeline of the days around my vanishing act. I even went to talk to Absinthe.

Seemed a little shaken up when I went by a second time to give him some hair dye. Been attacked, but didn’t give details. Had a thinking face on the whole time.

(They sound a little concerned)

Anyway- he didn’t kill me, and I believe him. He said Whiskey was the only one who would’ve thought to hide my mask where it was found. Turns out he had it and never knew.

"So Whiskey hid your mask. Sadistic."

She must’ve been the one to kill me, too. I want to know how, because I could’ve beat her in a fight. Maybe not an ambush…

Seriously though, not knowing how she did it is driving me crazy. I almost, and I stress almost, want to talk to her. Just so I can know. She’d rub it in my face.

"But I get why not knowing is bothering you."

Well, I have no way of actually talking to a ghost- although I’ve heard rumours of a ghost whisperer. Some call them the ghost king.

"I ain't a fan of ghosts. Haven't had good experiences."

Cabaret mentioned that she suspects that Vodka kids had plenty of bad experiences with ghosts too. Her specifically. I’d hate to drag the trauma up, but… curiosity burns me.

It was busy. We buried Sundrop a couple days after Absinthe killed in self defence. Plenty of stuff to distract us from seeing if Whiskey was planning anything.

Located almost everyone now. Tequila’s in a caravan by 4, Schnapps is… in the city, the Daiquiri branch that split from us a while back are between 3 ‘nd 4, Ros is about too. I know where everyone is now, except for Spritz.
