Introducing Charlie Angel!~

I've been fussing over this for so long and I put a ton of thought (maybe too much thought) into it but its finally done! Infodumping and brief backstory below the cut!

EDIT: Much of Charlie's story has been altered since posting! Just leaving this as is until I can make a new post for it!

Charlie grew up in Vault 21, before Mr House filled half of the Vault with concrete and turned it into a motel for the Strip. When this happened, Charlie was forced into Freeside where he worked as a hooker for a gang known as the Devils.

He discovered his love for singing at an open mic night at the King's School of Impersonation, where the King himself recognized Charlie's talent, and got him a passport for the Strip, and an interview at the Aces theatre with Tommy Torini.

As Charlie worked in the theatre, his loyalty began to shift from the Devils to the Chairmen. He worked his way up the ladder and gained the trust of Benny, who helped Charlie cut off ties from the Devils.

Eventually, Charlie was let in on Benny's plan to make New Vegas independant, to which he happily obliged - if only to do to Mr House what he did to Vault 21.

I tried to keep the backstory short and simple as to not reveal too much right away, I've been writing out the story in more depth and have been thinking about refining it and putting it on Ao3, but that depends if people are actually interested lmao. Either way there will always be Charlie content on the way because the hyperfixation is real
