Polyamory is a type of relationship that many people love and enjoy. However, societal standards set by “the majority” and religious rhetoric have caused people to believe that there is only one way to love and a few set ways to be in relation with others.

There’s no room for other possibilities and for those that go against the grain and follow their heart and follow what innately feels correct to them, ridicule and judgement fall upon them.

It’s very sad and really pitiful that people can’t be in love and display that love without fear of their world being torn apart.
