Diary of a mental health man.
Once in a lifetime, you have a chance to make a difference in someone's life, how ever large or small, when they show the love back, there's no other feeling like it, As is the case of my life, I was lucky enough to find someone who fits me perfectly ( this is hard when I have mental health issues) but true to form I go and fuck it up, I can only describe it as having my soul taken away.......... So this is how my life is unfolding, so over the next few weeks I will tell my daily ways of coping.
