Aside from the final scene of LAD, watching them act together, as partners, on SNL was the highlight of the season for me.

And those smiles they gave each other. ❤

I’m still annoyed that the writers didn’t follow through on this. I thought, in some way, her feelings for Jack would be revealed. But I know it’s for the best that they weren’t. Once you cross that line, you either have to make them a couple (which would ruin the magic) or have him reject her (which would be even worse). I still hope someday we see them sort of ride off into the sunset, happy and together.

In a way, Chloe’s kind of the soul of Jack. She looks after him, protects him, gets him all the information he needs but, at the same time, she’s kind of his conscience and his soul as well.

This speaks volumes. I will always hold a torch for Jack and Chloe. Their love for each other goes deeper than any romantic/physical relationship ever could.
