Rebooting after my adventure!
I go into a food slump after doing a big event. It is not a downfall, it is something I know about for myself and should account for.
So I have just been putting things in my mouth that are easy to grab, bagels, salami, gold fish, dumplings, basically not that healthy.
So last night I decided that I need to lean into what I know about myself and just plan around it. To try to eat healthy even in a can not think about what I like situation.
I actually had energy today though and I spent most of the day grocery shopping and food prepping- so I will not have to cook the rest of the week 😅.

Trader joes.
Most of the things from trader joes won't even be eaten this week. Impulsively grabbed pantry items that I have no idea when I will use them 0.0
Weight- 191.6 so still up.
I ate left over eggplant I made maybe Thursday or Saturday- idk the days are blending with out school or work? (It is tuesday) and a hard boiled egg for breakfast
Drank way too many cups of coffee.
Kid eating up the food that I cooked for the week (I wasnt intending any of it to be eaten today lol). Kiddo had me add the egg bake into my recipe book.
