Ta-da! Matcha tea cake, white miso buttercream, dill honey, and York apples. A recreation of a wonderful cake I had last month at Iyasare in Berkeley. 

- Matcha cake - miso buttercream: 1 stick butter, ¼ c. confectioner’s sugar, 1 ½ Tbsp of white miso, splash of vanilla extract. No salt, miso plenty salty. - fresh dill + raw honey + toasted sesame seeds + sliced York apples
