this line in particular is pretty good sollux characterization imo. this is like his whole deal. you broke sollux down to his bare essentials

even at 10 sweeps, sollux is seeing and experiencing unpleasant things. the helmsman leaves his mark in passing, occasional bursts of psionic agony. sollux takes it in stride while every one else is busy, as usual
