Been back to the gym for a week post vaca/getting sick. Lost 12lbs to some weird stomach virus over the course of 2 weeks so I decided it was time to finally start tracking my macros. Eating 4K calories is no joke. I’m stoked to finally start feeling better and hope the new diet leads to some serious weight gain.
