2nd day of summer

Sigma spent the morning painting a bird house with me. Luckily, he didn’t get any paint on himself!

Next, my grandma took us on a drive around town. Fun! Sigma wants to explore!

We stopped for an icee at Racetrac.

Sadly, they didn’t have Sigma’s favorite flavor: “finger punch”. Better luck next time, Sigma! He sat in the car by my feet and sulked until we got to the park.

He wandered off somewhere afterward… let’s find him.

I see some peets!!

Hi Sigma!! It took me a half hour to find you! Let’s hop back in the car and get home, okay? As soon as we got home, we folded some laundry. Sigma helped a lot with the sorting! Good job Sigma!

To end the day, we sat outside to color for a bit. How relaxing!

Poor little Sigma had a busy day! It seems like he’s fallen asleep.

Please be careful though and do your research on what proxy or site you decide to use first. The shipping can get really expensive. Especially when you decide how you want your buddy sent. Different proxies have different advantages too. You might be able to store your items in the proxie’s warehouse so you can ship your items all at once for cheaper. For example I bought furbies from the proxy “buyee” and my shipping for two different times was above $25 even though the furbies where $5 or $10. The proxies also take a cut of how much you pay for your item.

Sometimes furbies are listed as junk, which is meant to show they may not work or are dirty as well. And just like American eBay there may be Japanese scammers as well.

Play it safe, do your research.

A Furby sewing pattern for all your custom Furby needs! This is for a maned adult Furby (90′s) and won’t fit a Furby Baby. Print at 11″ tall so it’s sized correctly! This was made with the assumption that you already know how to sew and understand patterns, so I apologize for the lack of instructions. If your 98 furby won’t work even with push starting read this!

I bought a broken furby in real bad shape and decided to try to fix it. Cleaned the battery compartment, hit reset, hit the back, checked all connections and nothing worked. I nearly lost hope and couldn’t find any idea online. But then I realized that that orange area must be where the batterys connect to the rest of the furby and nothing was there to connect it, the two metal peices were missing. To test if that was the issue I took pieces of metal and played around with them to get them to fit in the area highlighted in blue, and with some fiddling it WORKED. FURB TURNED ON! Im planing a permanate solution where I’ll take a piece of metal and soder it to connect the metal bits left and be where the blue line is in the pic.
