i keep wondering where you are... if you are exisiting, perceiving, feeling on another plane. i can’t get you out of my brain. it’s so fucking weird how people are present one minute, then just disappear the next. every time someone leaves i feel this way. empty and disconnected from the world of the “living”. i don’t want to believe you are gone. my mind has gone to great lengths to convince myself this isn’t true. but i saw them carry you out in that box. that’s when my heart sank and i truly knew: this isn’t a dream. i’m so sorry. i won’t - i can’t - forget you. RIP Winona.
