People who are grieving? I’ve got this one teeny tiny advice to u and idk if thats actually valid or anything but its helping me a lot so

if its getting too hard, gaslight urself. Like fr- actually try to make urself believe that ur feeling something different until u can actually do so.

bc ik a lot of u still have to go on with fucking life while grieving and u dont have the fucking time nor energy or mind or heart to grieve and grieving sucks. A lot. I know.

so just- tell urself ur feeling nothing and actually try to believe it. Trick your brain. Close ur eyes or something, idk.
