Farewell

This blog has reached 8700 followers. My secondary one has 6000. Together, all my blogs have 2500 reblogs, over 3 years. I’ve been checking it, like facebook, almost every day. And in 2 weeks that’ll all come to an end. Fuck the system where companies exist only to please their shareholders, with no regard for the community.

Guys, a moment of unsexy seriousness. I just had a conversation with an author who was drawing a sexy furry comic. He explained the plot to me - problem is, he expressly stated that the "smaller" character must be underage.

I'm an adult and I prefer to be the small guy, so I don't have that problem, but I talk to many guys who would prefer to be the "taller" character in a relationship with the "small" one. Problem is, in this business there are many who simply masturbate to children, drawn or real. It's wrong.

I'm not kink-shaming. You're 80 and want to be with someone 18? It's ok. You like ABDL? It's ok. As long as the letter "A" stays in this abbreviation. Same goes for furry, BDSM or really anything as long as it is consensual. Pedophilia isn't.

I'm aware how giant the number of people who like lolitas is (and it's basically the same thing) - it's morally irrelevant. I know I might be trying to heard cats - but if I said nothing, I would be an accomplice to something wrong.

There are those who say "look, drawings of underage characters saves real children". I don't take that argument. Ask yourself, would you ever find anything sexy about a horse if you didn't see good furry art earlier? I wouldn't. There many people who have pedophiliac tendencies but never explore them, because they don't see triggers, gateways. Let's keep their proportion high, if we can't influence how many people have pedophiliac tendencies in general. The more we help people to masturbate to pictures of children, the proportionally more assaults will happen.

Maybe if we were talking about pictures of 17 year olds I could gloss over it. I do - I share pics where a character is certainly still a teenager, possibly under 18. Those aren't the cases I'm talking about.

I don't reblog pictures when the character is clearly a child. In roleplays, I never animate characters under the age of sexual consent and I refuse when my partner wants me to have characteristics of a clearly underage person. I ask you to do the same.

I know it sometimes goes against your dick. But it's the brain and the reason which have to stay in charge. Just like anyone else, we have a duty to shield the innocent.
