I often talk about Chelsea’s effect on Demetri bcs I feel like her power is being over simplified in theory. Like she can control emotional bonds between people. A big bunch of volt.uri coven members have their emotional bonds influenced by her. Emotional bonds are based on memories / experiences and so on meaning that there is some alteration of memories takes place in order for them to not question their loyalty to the leaders. I also don’t like the idea that she just can stand close to somebody and do that. I think the way she has put her gift into action included stuff like immobilise or knocking out the receivers. Also depending on the age and power of the receivers they might understand that something is wrong though they can never pick on what. Her power is definitely a cruel one.

also before I get back to work there are two thoughts about Dimi / the whole tw.ilight saga that cross my mind atm

If you take the sparkling thing out of the lore the vampire lore is more morbid than for example TVD lore. Like the whole either draining sb to death or turning them…there’s no casual feeding on sb n compelling them to forget

Dimi doesn’t really care about anyone’s opinion really? Not even the coven leaders? He follows orders n surely on his free time hangs out with other members but it’s not really genuine care involved (minus Felix). Chelsea’s power took the ability of caring away from him. In order for Dimi to actually realise…hey I genuinely care about xy ..it takes so much time. He’s part of the volturi for over 1k years meaning he didn’t really have the freedoms of his own emotions for the most of his immortality. When it comes down to him dealing with other vampires / rule breakers, Dimi himself does not care. He’s most of the time annoyed that he’s away from his comforts dealing with it but there are no personal feelings towards them.

i'm begging mutuals on roleplay blogs to start interacting. most people for what i have seen, are super comfortable with memes being the first shape of interaction, and the odd starter call too. like them, send various memes to get options.

this goes to single blogs but also multimuse blogs. i promise you, as someone with a lot of multimuse blogs, sometimes just giving a few names is enough for people to try on those muses.

interact with your mutuals. like their post, make jokes on their ooc post if that's how you feel more comfortable, share a pic or two, maybe discord. but for the gods sake, send memes, like starter calls, specially when it's encouraged.
