Vito Rodriguez - Third in command, formerly second in command, is in charge of weapons (supplying them, cleaning them, training people with them, etc...), hopes to become a beat poet or a rapper. Dakota Roy - Gang leader, in charge of... everything, dream is to become a famous rapper one day. Zane Duggan - In charge of patrols, doesn’t have any dreams, he’s just sorta there.
