Hey so is it normal to feel like everyone knows how they're supposed to act and what they're supposed to do and like i just don't know how to exist and it feels like I've missed an important tutorial telling me how to Be and i don't feel comfortable in my body or my face or my hair or my clothes or being a girl but i don't know what else to do and how else to be and it feels like i always have to work so much harder than all of my peers to act like a normal human being and not fuck things up and not knowing how to express my emotions in the expected way leading me to bottle them up until i burst and have a breakdown over my hair or is that a me problem
