Okay, uhhh I didn't know I was capable of coloring like this, but I did it! As soon as I picked up this vinyl and saw the back, I knew I wanted to try to my best ability to recreate it.

I told myself that I was retired from art last year, and I had only worked on one thing all year long.

Now I’ve become inspired again. I will say I’m upset at being a newish fan because I missed out on so much.

🌟🔮 I did another little exercise to get me in the swing of things. It’s been hard to work on art lately because of different reasons. So things like this are helping me get out of that funk.

So I started following coolors.co on Instagram a while back and I’ve wanted to do a piece with one of their palettes for so long! I took to a random number generator and counted my way down. To also get some inspiration I used a witchsona generator and got the description “Royal witch of music with demon familiar.” So I went with it! It was fun working with a limited palette. I had most fun figuring out which colors blended together best to make the shadows.

So I did a thing and updated my Lovecraft tea labels over at Adagio! It’s been a million years and honestly I didn’t think my art had changed so much. This was a nice exercise to see how far I have come! I still have a few more to redraw (I have them privated so hopefully they don’t show up) and I still want to add a few more to the collection. I guess Adagio doesn’t allow direct linking anymore, so just do a search for Lovecraft to find my teas! Anyway I like it despite it taking me literally 15 mins.

Aziraphale wanted to surprise Crowley during his visit today so he had been looking at every flower shop until he found the perfect plant to add to the demons lovely plant collection. When he finally found the absolutely most spectacular plant, he immediately made his way over to Crowley's place after purchasing it. 

“ A sunflower for my sunshine! ” 

That was the line he was going to use to present the flower. He just loved the scrunched up look Crowley gave when he heard something too cheesy (or too lovey dovey.)

Aziraphale knocked on the demons door and heard panicked footsteps and some thrashing about before the door was answered. Crowley opened the door holding a slice of homemade angel food cake with juicy strawberries sprinkled on top and a gooey syrup running down the sides.

“ Sweets for my sweet! ”

Crowley said with a big smirk on his face. “I learned how to make this from a book I ‘borrowed’ from-”

Before he could even finish the sentence Aziraphale laid a tender kiss on Crowley’s nose and presented him with the sunflower.

Aziraphale landed the line he had planned to say, but didn’t get quite as much of a reaction as he imaged, instead Crowley just stood there, with a smitten look on his face.
