college electronic recommendations!

do any of u guys have any irl friends that, when hanging out irl, stay on their phone the entire time and don't try and initiate a convo at all 😢ive been freaking struggling out here. on top of that, when u criticize/call them out, u only get a "mhm" and no change in behavior whatsoever. shit is tough and idk what to do. my other friend even called them out and all they got was an eye roll and attitude 😭
