The difference between Mars and Earth is a little thing we call life. It’s OK to feel a bit proud when you see planet Earth from a satellite — she sure is pretty, ain’t she? All the water, and all that air, it darn sure makes for a beautiful, hospitable home. Zoom way in, and you’ll find people discussing their lives on a day-to-day basis, from the perils of dating to imagining what we’d do with a billion dollars. Speaking of unimaginable numbers, there’s about 6.8 billion of us roaming this planet, and we each have a story to tell. What’s yours?

I don't know how it happened, but one minute I'm logging into Tumblr in 2009, and then BAM: COVID, war, cancer, divorce - and my next post is in 2026
Wow. Amazing how today went from being freaking awesome with my gym time (getting those gains, baby!) and my husband coming home early to me binge watching Buffy for comfort because the day took a durn and I got sucky ass news. Yes, Something Blue is definitely on the list and so is Once More With Feeling.

About to go see the odyssey in 70mm imax. Hyped.
A few friends were talking about what they would reward themselves for going through artfight and submitting x amount of pieces. And I mentioned I only did three artfight pieces this year. In the past that woulda gutted me but this year it made me realize quality over quantity. Some of the friends mentioned getting burgers as rewards, some buying new sketchbooks.. and I’m here thinking, “what am I gonna reward myself?” I don’t buy sketchbooks cos I mainly do digital, I could buy an art book by an artist or series, or even buy food. It’s like “what now? I didn’t think I was gonna do artfight this year.”
I know I pay my phone bill this upcoming weekend. It’s either order a rugby fan shirt that’s in my size or buy a new sketchbook. Don’t know yet. I have a week to really think it out thoroughly. Heavily leaning to the Rugby fan shirt.
