The Marketing Funnel describes the stages of your customer's journey and directly correlated to your marketing strategies. 1. Awareness Is attracting potential customers to your brand. The goal is to keep your brand relevant so when potential customers decide to make a purchase they think of you. Metrics: Reach, Views, Engagement 2. Consideration This stage is when they consider your brand vs other brands. Your goal is to educate, highlight the benefits, and address their pain points. Metrics: Website visits, time spent of pages, views, email subscriptions, micro conversions 3. Conversion The conversion stage is when your potential customer purchases your product/service based on their research/ your marketing efforts (Stages 1 & 2). Metrics: Website clicks, Email clicks, Sales, etc.
