one of my worst adhd experiences are the anxiety induced dopamine fueled all nighter grind sessions i pull after all the hours of struggling to start the work during the day. I hate focusing on my adhd as a problem cause i have this voice telling me im choosing to stay in these situations (the paralysis) but yea this disorder is so problematic 💀 as i type this I still feel like im making some kind of excuse Omg you people can’t do anything
