Happy 2020! This past year was definitely filled with many experiences, adventures, good and bad moments but it also saw some changes in my personal life. The biggest change was definitely in my health, in 2019 I decided to focus more getting my health back in check, the duration of 2018 was solely focused on finishing up school and while I don’t regret that at all, it definitely required sacrificing a lot of my free time, which in turn caused me to stop focusing on other areas of my life including eating right and exercising. So in 2019 I decided it was time to “get back on the bandwagon” and try to better my eating habits and try to devoting more time to my fitness. It hasn’t been easy, I’m nowhere near where I want to be, but I definitely know that I’m not where I began.
