For those who care, a little bit of info on the system as we currently understand it would probably be useful.

Obviously the one in charge of this account is a very confusing Garfield fictive who will pop up with orange text if he has something to say (he usually does). He/Him pronouns, and older than the host body. I'm our caretaker and usually the one to keep Tiny from trying to be in charge at work.

The host (me, hi!!) uses He/They/It pronouns and is transmasc. For the sake of not putting my name on the internet (and bc i tagged my main), please just call me Bean <3 I'm usually the one doing the typing, so I don't think i need a text color, but G insists, so, I guess I'll be green

Tiny (fake name for the child) is a mystery to me, but G talks to her. Since she's so young, she probably wont pop up very often, but for posterity's sake, Tiny uses she/her and pink text

Not entirely sure what kind of system we are, since the host finally stopped ignoring it's headmates not even a month ago (as of posting) but this blog is safe for every kind of system, and Bean blocks ruthlessly, so absolutely zero hate or negativity will be tolerated.

the post about icons is funny to me because my denial was literally "yeah I have other people rooming in my head and one of them used to be in charge before I was around, and sometimes they'll come up to the front area and watch the world with me or briefly take over driving, but like that probably doesn't count as plural there has to be more to it" the things someone who doesn't realize yet think

I've seen a lot of talk about getting front stuck, and to be honest, I didn't really get it until i remembered that there are three of us, and most other systems I see have. More Than That.

there seems to be just a huge niche of people online that really need/would greatly benefit from the framework of plurality but are afraid to claim it. which i understand because me too i doubt it for myself a lot. but i think there are a lot of us who don't really meet the criteria for DID or OSDD yet would still benefit from viewing ourselves as actually multiple selves. and perhaps a substantial number of us will later find out they meet the criteria for a diagnosis about it but i think we need to be less caught up on "do i meet this criteria" and instead focus on "what will be helpful to me". which may include resources for people with DID/OSDD, or may not.
