welcome to teaching tolkien, the tumblr blog where i attempt to share my knowledge of dwarrow culture and language (khuzdul!) i'm very excited about this project! i do plan to one day branch off and do sindarin and quenya (elvish languages), or at least portray their differences, but for now, it'll just be khuzdul! i will attempt to do one linguistic piece and highlight one important cultural practice per week, though we'll see how that works out

hi !! i'm romir, i'm 18, and a huuuuge fan of dwarrow culture in tolkien's works <3 i am a college student (majoring in anthrpology), and will not be able to 100% guarantee a consistent posting schedule, but i'll do my best!
