You write the assassins so well thank you for blowing my last request outta the park ☀️ could I please request another? Could you do the assassins with a reader who fell asleep on them while traveling and drools / snores / talks nonsense in their sleep? Do they make fun of reader? Do they never speak of it? Do they find it adorable or is it more adorable to see the blush spread upon telling reader they did such things? Would there be a difference in pre relationship teasing and post relationship teasing? Please do with this what you can, Ty very much! 💜
☕️ | how the assassins would act with the reader asleep on them during a travel
🏷 request /𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫’𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: just thinking about it, all of this is so sweet. Probably if I fell asleep on the shoulder of any of them, due to my involuntary reflexes and my involuntary kicks, they would throw me away. I hope you like it.
• headcanons, please be respectful

He drives the horse that holds the carriage while traveling, so he never sits next to you, it rarely happens, this is because he wants to make sure for your safety, that no one takes advantage of the low guard to take you elsewhere or set traps. The journeys with Altaïr are silent, not always for the purpose of relaxation, there is always a tense air. And for this Altaïr often feels guilty towards you. I guess sleeping is the best option to pass the time, silence is probably unbearable in that situation, and Altaïr himself is aware of it. While he is concentrated on holding the bridle that guides the horse along the dirt roads, he is concerned with making the journey as less tumultuous as possible, afraid that during your rests you may hit the head. Knowing that occasionally you start talking in your sleep, gives him a reason to prick up his ears and listen to you, without daring to say a word. Your sleepy voice gives him a sense of home. He is convinced that it’s the unconscious that speaks during the sleep, so he likes listening to what really goes through your head, without filters. He likes to listen to you, even when you say nonsense things. Once off the horse, finding you still asleep, he would gently wipe your humid lips, arranging your head so you can be comfortable and safe from any bumps. Yes, Altaïr would get down several times, making stops along the way to make sure everything in the carriage is fine. Or once in a quiet place, only then Altaïr world join you in the carriage, carrying you leaning on him, so that he could be beside you for a while, taking a break from the journey.

He's not a person who particularly likes to travel, especially long ones, as he gets impatient quickly, but having you next to him helps handle the entire journey, it gives him an extra twist. He hopes he can find topics to talk about or activities to do to pass the time, and it happens that while he goes on and on, you fell asleep on his shoulder long ago.
“ Am I really that boring dolcezza? “
With a sigh he would agree to let you rest, focusing his attention exclusively on you, who are certainly the most interesting thing of the whole trip. In a spiteful way, he would leave delicate caresses along the neck or hips, lightly tickling, laughing in silent giggles. He's torn between wanting to let you rest, so not wake you up, and hoping you'll wake up by yourself so you can talk to him again. He likes the idea of making you lie down with your head on his lap so he can enjoy your embarrassed face when you wake up, saying that it was you who wanted to lie there, so as to embarrass you even more, he loves your reactions. And certainly the travel will be even more interesting if you start talking in your sleep or snoring, Ezio would struggle to hold back the laughter, literally choking. It would entertain him for sure.

For travel he prefers to use the horse without a carriage, this would slow down the journey and your arrival at the destination. Connor also prefers to keep you in front of him so he can keep you safe as he gallops across the grasslands, between his legs, resting your back against his chest. Connor would be the one to hold the horse's bridle and lead it, but he wouldn't forbid you to do the same for him. Sleeping is not comfortable on horseback, but it’s Connor himself who suggests you to turn against him and rest your chest on his, while straddling his legs. If you are able to fall asleep cradled by the gallop of the horse, on his big shoulder, he would use a hand to hold you steady by the nape, fingers in your hair, letting you rest during the road. It will be his concern to make everything calm for you. Often, once you two get off the horse, a big saliva stain has formed on his clothes, but he doesn't care, it only confirms that you have rested well, and for Connor si the important thing.
“ I have done everything to make the trot less annoying as possible, for your rest. “

Travels for Edward and his crew are at the order of the day, and this involves great fundamental collaboration between the crew on the bridge of the ship and the captain at the helm. That you're part of the crew and have your own job, or you're simply Edward's traveling companion on his beloved ship, the calm waters offer moments of rest that everyone can't wait to have, so you and Edward take the opportunity to retire to rest. He often invites you to climb the mainmast to get some fresh air, or to the hold when your numb body needs more comfortable rest. Edward takes care of wrapping you around the hips with one arm to make sure you don't fall, when you're high on the mainmast. The wind that flows through your hair, especially in the sunny days, and the warmth of the captain's shoulder next to you, while the ship sail the seas, make you fall asleep on him. Edward likes this feeling, whether you're friends or lovers, it satisfies him to hold you like that, aware that you want it too. He especially appreciates if you're the one asking him directly to use him as an improvised mattress. He just pats you on the back in your sleep, listening with amusement to your sleepy verses, indulging in a laugh at your snoring, looking at the sky. Stuck in that position, no matter what is happening on the bridge of the ship, Edward, captain Edward, would not come down and risk waking you. Expect him to talk you back if you start talking nonsense in your sleep, as if you two were “having a conversation”, ironically, and then, when you wake up, he'll tell you everything about what you two “spoke about”.

Ever since Arno took it upon himself to lead the French Assassin’s creed, he had the need to move often from place to place, and he couldn't separate himself from you. He made you understand, without saying it explicitly, that he couldn't have done it without you, so you decided to follow him to personally support him in his endeavor. During the carriage rides, to repay your precious support, he always takes care of making sure you have everything you need for the journey, fresh water, good food, but above all he makes sure that you can rest in the best possible way. It’s usually Arno who suggests you to take a nap, so he precedes your falling asleep, he understands your need for rest from the expression of your face. He'd rather pay someone to drive the carriage, so he can stay in the back with you and make sure you can rest comfortably, leaning against his chest, carefully holding you with a gentle hold on your back. During your rest, Arno limits itself to remaining silent in case you start to mutter random and meaningless words. Eventually he would end up letting out a contained smile, holding back a laugh. He finds it cute after all. He would pat your head patiently, silently listening to your words in your sleep. He would only mention this once you two arrived at your destination, with an ironic smile.
“ I didn't know you were such a big talker. “

Driving carriages at high speed is his passion, but when it comes to accompany you, his priorities become different: he leaves the horses to Evie or to a coachman and rushes to open the door for you like a gentleman, taking a seat next to you, as how he would be excited at taking the front row seat in a London fight club. He would keep you company through his funny eloquence, exhibiting jokes, even of bad taste, that make you laugh for that reason. Hearing you fall asleep on his shoulder, he would initially remain motionless, taken by surprise, and then, slowly, he would bring an arm around you, leaning on the back of the seat, looking innocently away, seizing the opportunity.
“ Yes, I got you darling.. “
He always has a handkerchief by the hand, it wouldn't be a problem for Jacob to wipe your lips from drools, finding it cute, a bit disgusting, but cute. Don't worry about the snoring, at the end of the trip you'll be the first to wake up, realizing that Jacob ended up asleep next to you too, snoring louder than you, with the hat slipping over his sleeping face.

Considering the fact that no one trusts Desmond to drive, it's Shaun who decides to drive every time, even if he ends up complaining anyway. Desmond is holed up in the back seats, and you don't mind being in the back, so you end up sitting next to him. Your company is more than appreciated, he feels less judged talking to you, especially when it comes to long journeys. I have the feeling that Desmond is carsick, so talking and distraction is great medicine to keep him away from feeling sick, especially if he's tense because of an important upcoming mission against the Templars. Realizing that you need to take a nap, he would look out the car window so as not to disturb you, not despising your leaning on his shoulder. Slurping words in your sleep would get Shaun's attention behind the wheel.
“ They says more sensible things in their sleep than you when you are awake, Desmond. “
“ Shut the hell up, Shaun. “
“ Oh, and they are drooling on your hoodie. “
“ I know, Shaun, give me a tissue, I don't want to wake them up. “
“ My hands are on the wheel, I can't. “
“ I hate you. “
